Guadalupe Trujillo is the Supply Chain Analytics Governance Leader in Cummins Inc. she has been with Cummins for 26 years and has worked in five different functions including HR, Purchasing, Quality, Data Management, and Supply Chain Planning. During her career in Cummins, Guadalupe has led several successful projects and transformations and has been recognized with one Six Sigma Chairman award and a Business Impact Award. She is a certified MBB, and she holds a lifetime Purchasing Manager certification from ISM (Institute of Supply Management).
Guadalupe is very active in the community. In San Luis Potosi, she led a nonprofit organization under the umbrella of the Cummins Philanthropic Association to provide jobs for women manufacturing uniforms for Cummins plants. In Indiana, she led the community team for the Latino employee resource group in Cummins, responsible for organizing several fundraising and volunteering events for the Latino Community.
She is also very enthusiastic about diversity and has been the Chair of the Local Diversity Council, dedicated to promoting Diversity & Inclusion as a Core Value for employees of the DBU headquarters Building and corporate/CBS employees in southern Indiana.
Guadalupe has been involved with many Community organizations in Indiana in different ways. She was part of the 2022 Indiana Latino Leadership Circle with the Indiana Latino Institute, is currently a member of the of the Board of Directors of Su Casa Indiana, and has helped Tu futuro as a mentor and as a team member on Six Sigma improvement projects.
Guadalupe is originally from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, she graduated with honors from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey with a bachelor’s in communications and holds an MBA from Universidad Autonoma de San Luis Potosi.
Guadalupe and her family moved to Indiana in 2011. Columbus has been their home since then. She is the proud mother of three kids. Guadalupe and her husband Miguel enjoy traveling and spending time with friends and family.
